Mt. Carmel will partner with the Manning School District and Police Department to identify young men living in the Mt. Carmel Community to assist them and their families with the healthy development of their youth focusing on healthy life goals to include: (1) School Achievements, (2) Hygiene and Grooming, (3) Community Awareness, and (4) Self- Achievement.
